The Mac App Store build is sandboxed and can only ship the AUv3 plugins (and the standalone app); App Store distribution rules don't permit VST3 / CLAP. For VST3 or CLAP on macOS, use the direct .pkg download.
On iOS, the AUv3 plugins are the per-instrument synths (Handpan / Gong / Bowl) and per-instrument resonators — not the full Orbiter standalone-app experience. Any iOS host that loads Audio Units (GarageBand, AUM, Cubasis, BeatMaker, …) can load them individually on instrument or effect tracks.

Capabilities
All instrument plugins support up to 16-voice polyphony, MIDI note input with velocity, MPE (per-note pitch bend, pressure, CC 74 timbre), the sustain pedal (CC 64), full DAW automation, and MIDI CC mapping.
